Diane Malley
Diane has extensive knowledge of the local council sector having previously worked as a parish clerk, a town clerk and a responsible finance officer, Diane holds the C.i.L.C.A. qualification. Before that she had worked as an Internal Auditor at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
Diane has carried out internal audits to local councils since 2006 and payroll since 2013. She is a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, licenced to carry out payroll and internal audit services. In 2024 the decision was made to stop carrying out internal audits due to payroll commitments.
Peter Malley
Peter is a General Data Protection Regulation qualified officer and a retired police officer. He has worked with Diane assisting with internal audit testing and payroll since 2015.
Ben Malley
Ben is a General Data Protection Regulation qualified officer and has been carrying out payroll since 2022.
Rachel Lloyd
Rachel joined the team in 2021 and has become a great asset. She is qualified as a payroll administrator as is currently studying a higher qualification in payroll administration.
